Instant RSVP...

Right now I have two wedding websites. I have my blog which you are reading now and Laura and I also have another website that has information for our guest that are flying in from out of town. It has a timeline of events for everyone as well as some pictures that we are sharing (family stuff). A great feature of the site is that guest can RSVP via this website. They simply go the site, log in and hit RSVP. They can tell us how many people are coming and also pick out their entree. The really cool thing is that as soon as someone RSVP's we get an e-mail. Instant notification. It is exciting to get that e-mail and it is exciting to see who is coming to the wedding. After everyone has RSVP'd it will print out an excel spreadsheet of who is coming and what meal they want. I am told that this will make the process of setting up the seating chart much easier.
