I picked out my tuxedo this weekend. The groom really does have it easy. Laura spent so much time going back and forth looking at dresses. She bought magazine after magazine for suggestions and ideas. For me, it was the complete opposite. Saturday we went to All About You Bridal. We arrived at 2:00 p.m. and we were back in my car by 2:20 pm. I will be in a all black tuxedo for the wedding and my seven groomsmen will have the same tuxedo, except they will be wearing white shirts.
We also got all of our linens taken care of this weekend. I really don’t know what I would do with out the “wedding dream team” over at Wynn Las Vegas. I called on the linens last week and was completely confused with the “linen lingo.” Do we need 130" or 90" table clothes? And what is a chiavari chair? I called Christine, catering manager at Wynn Las Vegas, and she told me she would handle everything. That she did - I just received the e-mail that we are all set.
The only two big things that we still have to take care of is getting my wedding band and the wedding programs. I think we will knock both of those out this week.
